First of all, the high energy price and the short energy supply is the big problem facing the whole world especially to a developing country like China. China's booming population is straining the energy infrastructure and putting ever increasing pressure on the government to allow research into alternative energy solutions.
Secondly, the influential policy comes to interest in China's clean energy industries. China's Renewable Energy Law "attracted a flood of venture capital investment" in 2007.
